Although Tom already knew I was and ex instructor with almost 20 years experience his standards never slipped once. He maintained professionalism the entire time of his visit, even helping out whilst having to endure 2 full evacuation fire drills in one day. Even tho very experienced I still learned quite a bit from Tom and it was nice to see how some of his techniques made life easier. What a great course with Tom, really helpful and with valid information.He was my instructor, from the first few minutes I could notice that this course will be a great one with lots of information and with lots of things to learn from him. For everything that I have done in the end I was giving a feed back on what I was doing right or doing wrong and really helped along the way from first day to the end of our course. I had few experiences with other instructors on various occasions but I have never came across with a instructor as Tom, he is very approachable and he would not hesitate to answer all of the questions that I had and support you from day 1 do the end of the course.

Having never driven a Counter Balance Forklift before I was quite apprehensive about taking my test. I didn’t need to worry at all as the instructor (Tom) was great. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had.

Having passed my test, Tom then went to my work area in the factory to explain and show me how to use the Forklift there to make sure I was happy and confident with the loads and racking I would be lifting to and from.

All in all, if you are thinking of putting any of your employees through their Counter Balance coarse then I couldn’t recommend Tom more highly.

Tom did great in explaining everything to me, super easy to follow, explained everything in detail and went as slow or as fast as I wanted.

Kept it stress free and kept me focused with enough breaks to ensure I wasn’t overwhelmed and we had a good laugh while he was teaching.
